Brief
Opening of the first office outside Romania borders meant that in addition to the Brand awareness campaign, we also created an Employer branding campaign for Valoris, which will attract a large number of people interested in employment.
Under the slogan “Let’s talk”, we created an Employer Branding campaign that focuses on the plenty of opportunities and advantages we provide to each member of the Valoris family.
For the implementation of EB campaign, Valoris set clear goals. Our task was to bring the company’s values and vision closer to potential job candidates while presenting the available positions, to show the company as a desirable employer, and to reach as many quality candidates as possible for the mentioned positions.
24 videos were recorded and produced by our agency, which was the leading element of communication during the first month of the campaign. The different profiles of people who spoke provided great interest for the opened positions in the Valoris contact center and resulted in filling all of them.
Solution
We wanted to show the vision of a working environment where individual talent is nurtured and supported, and where team spirit and work culture become the foundation of success. Center of the campaign are video materials that reveal the secrets of successful employment in a multi-cultural environment.
