Challenge
Our task was to organize and create an unforgettable summer experience for all visitors of the BIG FASHION shopping center in Kragujevac. The goal was to turn the shopping center into a gathering place for all generations through a dynamic program that would attract visitors throughout the entire festival. The key challenges included creating diverse content for all ages, event coordination, and handling the logistics of organizing an outdoor event.
Solution
We created a unique summer festival that lasted from July 26th to August 24th, transforming BIG FASHION Kragujevac into the epicenter of entertainment. Every Friday and Saturday, visitors enjoyed cultural and entertainment programs, including DJ performances, themed nights, social games, karaoke, and film screenings with special guests from the film industry. The festival kicked off with a DJ performance and a grand celebration of the opening of the Olympic Games. In addition to the entertainment program, we organized a diverse selection of food and drinks, highlighting local and international specialties, ensuring every day of the festival was a complete experience. The festival concluded with a themed night dedicated to beer and sausages, accompanied by well-known DJ performances, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
