Shoppster is a marketplace that provides an impeccable online experience from shopping to delivery. The platform offers over 180,000 products and more than 3,500 brands that consumers can explore on the website or via Shoppster TV. Using the latest technology and logistics at every step of the shopping process, Shoppster ensures a wait-free experience even during delivery with a unique tracking feature. Our agency was entrusted with performance advertising on social media for Shoppster Serbia and Shoppster Slovenia.


After analyzing the previous work and Shoppster’s goals, our team dedicated itself to defining a strategy to maximize campaign results. To achieve the desired goals, we opted for Meta Advantage+ catalog ads to showcase Shoppster’s wide range of products. Our strategy was based on the analysis of individual products as well as categories. On the other hand, audience targeting was in line with Google Analytics analysis and user interests. This way, we could segment the audience that had not previously shopped on the Shoppster website, as well as the audience that had purchased products from similar categories on the site. The campaigns were based on short and unambiguous messages focused on products, with the Shoppster logo clearly displayed.


We achieved successful results both in strengthening brand awareness and in increasing purchases. In addition, Meta recognized Shoppster as an e-commerce platform with innovative solutions, so case studies were conducted for both Shoppster Serbia and Shoppster Slovenia. It should be noted that case studies for our region are very rare and represent a significant success.

For Shoppster Serbia, growth was recorded in all three key brand-related parameters: ad recall, brand awareness, and user affinity growth. Through quantitative measurement, a positive leap of up to 245% was determined compared to regular e-commerce advertising.
