The project for the grand opening of BIG Obrenovac, organized by our event management and production team, represented the pinnacle of carefully planned organization and logistics to ensure an unforgettable experience for all visitors. The opening of the new shopping park in Obrenovac was a major event that required detailed preparation and coordination of numerous activities to create an atmosphere full of excitement and joy.
Solution
Our team meticulously designed a full-day program that included a variety of activities for all generations. To provide the youngest visitors with an unforgettable experience, we hired professional animators who entertained them with games and performances. One of the key elements of the event was the game with prizes. Every visitor had the chance to win attractive prizes, which added to the overall excitement.
For the musical part of the program, we engaged performers who provided entertainment for all age groups. Throughout the day, visitors could enjoy performances for children and families. The highlight of the evening was the concert by Vlado Georgiev, one of the most renowned musicians in the region. His performance attracted visitors and created a unique atmosphere that made the evening unforgettable. The concert was the perfect conclusion to the full-day program, offering visitors the chance to enjoy their favorite hits and collectively celebrate the opening of the BIG Obrenovac Center.
