Our event and production team faced yet another project with the grand opening of the BIG Kraljevo shopping center. Thanks to flawlessly planned logistics and organization, we ensured an unforgettable experience for all the first visitors to the new shopping center in Kraljevo. The opening event required careful preparation and coordination of numerous activities, both on the day of the opening and throughout the weekend, to guarantee a memorable time for the first visitors.
Solution
Our team meticulously designed a full-day program with different activities aimed at both the youngest visitors and all shoppers looking to spend the day enjoying entertainment, prizes, and spectacular performances. To create unforgettable moments for the youngest visitors, we hired professional animators. In addition to animators and fun activities for children and families, we organized a special prize game. Every visitor had the opportunity to win attractive prizes, which further increased the excitement.
Throughout the day, visitors could enjoy performances aimed at children and families, while the highlight of the evening was a concert by Nataša Bekvalac, one of the most renowned music stars in the region. Her performance attracted a large number of visitors and created a unique atmosphere that made the evening unforgettable. The concert was the perfect conclusion to the full-day program, giving visitors the chance to enjoy their favorite hits and collectively celebrate the opening of the BIG Kraljevo center.
Result
The grand opening project was successful thanks to teamwork, careful planning, and attention to detail. Our goal was to create an event that would remain a cherished memory for all visitors, providing them with an unforgettable experience and introducing them to a new era of shopping in Kraljevo.
